GREAT ACHIEVEMENTS BEGIN WITH A DREAM

Plaenge was created in 1970 from the vision of a young engineer who believed in building an ethical and reliable company that would be useful to people. Today, with more than 6 million m² built, Plaenge has become one of the most important engineering groups in the country, operating in the real estate development and industrial construction sectors.

Plaenge has two brands that operate in the real estate sector, Plaenge and Vanguard. Plaenge offers high end residential buildings while Vanguard aims at first-time buyers. The company is present in nine cities in six Brazilian states and has already delivered 472 buildings, fulfilling the dream of luxury living for more than 117 thousand people.

Plaenge has been operating in Chile since 2009, where the company has delivered real estate projects in several cities around the country.

Recently there was an operations expansion to the Urban Development sector, with planned neighborhoods and gated communities.

In the industrial sector, Plaenge executed more than 370 works for national and multinational companies and the company became reference in sustainable construction. High value projects developed for companies such as SIG Combibloc, Cia Cacique Café Solúvelargil and Coca-Cola, with our participation in the construction and assembly of more than 60% of their plants in Brazil and Venezuela.
